Personalizing your Dashboard

You can control which charts are displayed on the Dashboard page. Click the Edit button on the Dashboard page.

With the Dashboard page in Edit mode:
  • Click the Delete button in the upper left corner of a tile to remove that chart.
  • Click the Add Chart button at the bottom of the page to open the Add Chart dialog box.

Select the charts you want to add to the Dashboard page and click Add.

When you're finished editing your Dashboard page, click Done to return to Display mode.

Charts you can add to your Dashboard

This section contains descriptions of the charts you can add to your dashboard.

  • Issues – Displays the number of issues related to the messages on your system and the percentage of all messages that have associated issues.
  • Current Issues – Displays the number of issues in these categories: Open, New, Pending, and On-hold. The bar graph shows relative volume of each type of current issue for each of your top partners.
  • Message Volume – Displays the total number of inbound and outbound messages combined and the percentage of those messages that were sent successfully. Also displays a line graph of the volume of inbound and outbound messages over time.
  • Inbound – For a given message type (displayed in the chart header), displays the total number of inbound messages and a graph of inbound message volume over time.You could have many Inbound Inbound message charts are indicated by the inbound arrow in the chart header next to the message type. For example, the header for Inbound Purchase Order message type looks like this:

  • Outbound – For a given message type (displayed in the chart header), displays the total number of outbound messages and a graph of outbound message volume over time. Outbound message charts are indicated by the outbound arrow in the chart header next to the message type. For example, the header for Outbound Purchase Order message type looks like this:

  • Functional Acknowledgements – Displays the number of FAs received over time with separate totals and graphs for each type of FA – Accepted, Rejected, and Pending. Timestamps displayed for FAs are the same as those of the message that generated the FA.
